Even if we are paid (exclusively!) by our clients, it is very important for us to do the best we can for you, our candidates. In the first round (“closer selection”) you will have an intensive and possibly a long conversation with me, after all we will talk about your next career step
We ensure the highest possible level of discretion and protect your interests in the subsequent selection process as well
In the end, there will only be one successful winner, all others will receive cancellations and their documents will be duly returned. On request, we can also give you hints or tips on why it didn’t “work out” and offer you the possibility to add it to our fundus
